Description
As a result of this Request for Proposals, HDP (Housing Development Partners) an SDHC affiliate, intends to enter into a contract with a qualified and licensed firm to provide General Contracting Services for the Town & Country Fire Rebuild Project, consisting of the rehabilitation and renovation of one (1) three-bedroom unit located at 209 Vista Horizon Drive, San Diego, CA 92113. Further information
is generally specified, but not limited to, the services detailed in Exhibit E – Scope of Work attached herein. Interested and qualified firms including small businesses, minority, women and disabled
veteran owned businesses that have successfully demonstrated their ability to perform comparable work are invited to submit their qualifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
