Description
The 2021 Revegetation Project is located off State Route 615, on the site of the former Moss #3 Preparation Plant, near the community of Clinchfield, in Russell County, Virginia. Scope of revegetation: This item covers the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and material for preparing the seedbed, liming, fertilizing, tilling, seeding and mulching on the designated areas. Designated areas encompass all disturbed areas, including borrow and disposal areas and access roads within the project limits. DSBSD-certified small businesses set-aside award priority. Bonds may be required.
