Description
The project scope includes seismic retrofit, minor repairs to tank appurtenances, and recoating of the entire interior and exterior of the 39th Ave SE Tank No. The steel welded tank was constructed in 1982, holds 2.9 million gallons, is 70 feet in diameter and 116 feet tall, and has no seismic restraint. The City of Puyallup is seeking a consultant to provide design and construction services for the project, with immediate need for assistance in applying for a grant through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP).
