Description
The project scope consists of masonry wall repair to Jones Park Storage Building located at 66 St. John Street, Dartmouth, MA. The general scope of the construction work is briefly described as follows: Building repairs to the Jones Park Storage Building. Remove existing doors. Remove/fill in openings in CMU wall as indicated in the drawings, for new doors and louvers. Repoint CMU walls 100% exterior and interior and apply stucco coating. Repairs to existing roof edge including installation of wood blocking with new drip edge, aluminum cladding and asphalt shingle with underlayment. Upgrade of electrical to including new main panel, lighting, switches, outlets, and security cameras. The construction phase is expected to commence on or before October 1, 2021 and be completed by Spring 2022. Bonds and prevailing wages
