Description
The City of West Palm Beach as agent for the East Central Regional Water Reclamation Facility (ECR), is issuing this request for qualifications to solicit proposals from experienced firms to provide Construction Management Services for the Aeration Basin No. 5 Improvements and New Headworks Bypass to Junction Box Project. The Capital Improvements Program for the ECR has several priority and significant projects to be initiated within the next six (6) months. These projects were originally grouped in a manner that did not provide optimal synergies in the scheduling, construction timeframes and scope of work for the various construction trades required to implement the projects. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
