Description

Scope of work includes the Structural Stabilization of the Historic Bailey Building located at 23 North Public Square, Elberton, GA 30635. The project is funded, in part, by a CDBG Redevelopment Grant and all contractors and work shall conform to the requirements, wage rates, and all documents pertaining the grant. This is a Section 3 Covered Project under the HUD Act of 1968 and Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. Bonds required.
