Drainage & Road Improvements in the Tall Pines Addition Subdivision, Harris Co., TX

Harris County is soliciting bids for the drainage and road improvements in the Tall Pines addition subdivision for Precinct 3. The project will consist of drainage and road improvements throughout the limits, consisting of approximately 1.5 miles of road replacement and regrading of ditches, of in neighborhood streets along Pine Drive from Grant Road to Harris County Flood Control District channel K154‐00‐00. The proposed project will include driveway and culvert replacement per Harris County requirements for the following streets within the neighborhood: Pine Drive / Cottonwood Lane / Willow Lane / Aspen Drive / Mimosa Lane / Red Bud Lane / Elm Drive / Dogwood Lane. The proposed drainage improvements will consist of desilting the roadside drainage ditches and replacement of culverts and partially buried culverts with circular and arch culvert pipes throughout the entire subdivision.
