The Terminal 1 Red Lion Hotel Demolition Project deconstructs an approximate 50,000 SF structure above a dock at 100 Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA. Work includes but is not limited to; demolition and disposal of the buildings and appendages, deck repair, asbestos abatement, utility termination/ re-routing, and the salvage of select members of the original 1926 warehouse. The dock shall be protected and remain in place. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
