Description
The contract will consist of the following: A small park amenity space on the west side of Chase Street approximately 800-feet south of 35th Avenue in Gary, Indiana. The project work includes a new entrance drive, small parking area, and turnaround, grading and drainage, seeding, minimal electrical and lighting work, pedestrian plaza with bollards, seating, special paving, and a new delivery point for access to the flowing well through a low retaining wall. A shade structure is included as an Add Alternate No.1. Q&A due by noon, 9/13/21. DBE goal 12%. Bonds required.
