Description

The Purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractors to provide construction services for the following proposed street repairs: 1. Hilton Way –Entire Road (4,572 SY), 2. Shoal Creek Road– Whispering Woods Dr to Hwy 140 (9,147 SY), 3. Misty Creek – Entire Road (2,537 SY), 4. Whispering Woods Dr – Entire Road (2,823 SY), 5. East Marietta Street – E. Main St to Railroad St. (6,805 SY), 6. Railroad Street – Entire Road (7,635 SY), 7. Britt Street – Entire Road (445 SY), 8. Rivergreen Ave – Hwy 20 to Clubhouse Drive including Roundabout (26,680), 9. Riverbend Way – Round about to N. Cascades Circle (6972 SY), 10. Diamond Ridge Ave – Entire Road (8,967 SY), 11. Breeze Hill Lane – Entire Road (8,756). Bonds required.
