Description
Harris County is soliciting bids for the road, sidewalk and parking lot reconstruction at East Aldine Town Center for Precinct 2. The project will consist of the construction of approximately 270 LF (linear feet) of 7”concrete roadway for Bethany Lane between East Aldine Amphitheater Drive and Fall Meadow Lane, and a new permeable paving (TrueGridPro Plus HDPE pavers or approved equal) parking lot with 30” crushed stone base to accommodate 122 parking spaces. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. TEC Form 1295 required.
