Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with one or more Offerors through competitive negotiations to provide Custodial Services for multiple facilities for Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS). The majority of daily cleaning activities occur during the second shift, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays throughout the instructional year from September through Mid-June. Cleaning activities during the first shift tend to focus on responding to student and teacher needs, after-meal clean-up, cleaning up spills and leaks, restocking restroom consumables, etc. Project work is usually scheduled during Winter, Spring and the longer Summer Breaks. Q&A due by 3pm, 9/13/21. Bonds required.
