Description
The intention of this Harris County Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) is to solicit offers for the elevator modernization at 406 Caroline Street for Harris County Facilities & Property Maintenance (FPM). This project consists of the vendor furnishing all personnel, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the elevator modernization at 406 Caroline Street, Houston, TX 77002. The project includes providing first year parts, all necessary labor, materials and incidentals for a turnkey project. It also includes the disposal of old equipment, and reconnection of all ducts, controls, pipping and electrical. Questions are due by 12:00 PM on Sept 17th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. TEC Form 1295 required.
