Description
A Spot Blight Ordinance has been adopted by the Board of Supervisors which calls for
the demolition of three (3) existing single family structures plus removal of all related debris on the above-referenced properties. Properties are: 3110 Covington St, Fairfax, VA, 7704 Schelhorn Rd, Alexandria, VA, and 7821 Belvedere Drive, Alexandria, VA. In order to evaluate the scope of work prior to bid submittal it is strongly recommended that bidders visit the sites.
