Description
The Community Development Office will be accepting bids for the rehabilitation of the following single-family residences: Eisenhower Dr. – HVAC only, North Beacon St., and Linden Pl. Basic work consists of General Construction. Any plumbing and/or electrical work performed in the City of Middletown must be completed by a licensed City of Middletown plumber and/or electrician. Contractors must have Certification of Completion of Lead Safe Work Practices ** and EPA /RRP Certification.
