Description
This is a federally funded project. The City is issuing this IFB to secure a qualified and licensed General Contractor to perform the Work and provide Materials for renovation to the ball field, a new spectator plaza, area lighting, basketball court improvements, new mini-pitches (soccer), picnic ramadas, electrical improvements, picnic ramadas, landscaping, site amenities, and improved connectivity as more particularly described in the solicitation document.
