Description
The City of Reno is soliciting proposals from Construction Companies for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Moana Springs Community Aquatic and Fitness Center in southwest Reno.
Questions due by 04:30 PM on Sept 17th. The construction project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new community aquatic and fitness center on an existing City of Reno park parcel. The Moana Springs Community Aquatic and Fitness Center shall include three pools, a mezzanine level fitness area, two multipurpose rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and other auxiliary facility support rooms. Site improvements may include the construction of a new parking lot with improved site access and circulation, playground park relocation, utility relocation, other ancillary site work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
