Description
Remove existing 4,400 square-foot shake-shingle roof and replace with asphalt shingles; replace all dry rot decking and fascia board; remove approximately 1,250 square-feet of shake-shingle siding; replace damaged gypsum board backing as needed; replace shake-shingle siding with new wood siding (to match existing plywood siding); paint approximately 4,250 square-feet of existing and new plywood siding; and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Project duration is 45 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Questions due by 5:00 PM on Oct 6th.
