Description
Repair 7,464 square-foot foam roof for Fire Station 4. Coat five (5) foam roof Areas 3-7 (see Appendix F) with NO VOC Urethane coating; remove and replace two (2) foam roof Areas 1-2 (see Appendix F) with single-ply membrane roofing system, to include: replacing dry rot wood decking, installing new 60 mil PVC membrane, installing new coping cap system, flashing all penetrations, curbs, etc.; install permanent safety tie downs; and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Project duration is 45 calendar days. Questions due by 5:00 PM on Oct 6th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
