Description
Remove and replace existing 11,649 square-foot single-ply membrane roofing system for Fire Station 3, to include: replacing dry rot wood decking; installing new 60 mil PVC membrane; installing new coping cap system; flashing all penetrations, curbs, etc.; install permanent safety tie downs; and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Project duration is 45 Calendar Days. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Oct 6th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
