Description
The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Demolition of 3 entire residential homes and exterior buildings (including the slabs) located at 3303 E 33rd St, 3305 E 33rd St, and 3429 E 33rd Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Associated permits, asbestos testing, and asbestos abatement are to be included if needed. The scope should include erosion and sediment control, complete removal of the primary structure, footers/foundations, slabs, concrete pads and walkways, wooden deck and appurtenances, complete asphalt driveway removal (save and protect the city sidewalk) and complete site restoration. Utility disconnects are to be included in scope of work. MBE goal 15%. Bonds may be required. Prevailing wages apply.
