Description
The selected contractor will be required to perform a full replacement of Fredericksburg Regional Transit’s existing HVAC building automation and control system at the FRED’s Transit Center at 1400 Jefferson Davis Hwy. To integrate with the City’s current systems, FRED is requiring that a Siemens system (or approved equal) be used to complete this work. The system will ultimately be integrated in to the City’s Siemens Desigo CC and building management system for monitoring, command, and control. Project term: 45 days.
