Description
New construction: Newton County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals to design-build metal building for the Sheriff’s Office to store their seized vehicles. The County will select one (1) Contractor as outlined in this request. The building is to be constructed of metal and meet all building codes. NO prefab metal buildings allowed. Contractor is responsible for all grading. •The building shall be 50’X50’ •Eve height 14’•Metal framing •Metal roof •Metal sides •It can have a center support column •One gable vent and one gable vent with fan
•Two roll up doors in the front 12’ wide •Concrete slab •Gutters •Electrical outlets every 6ft
•Two 36” entrance doors •No drywall •No insulation. Bond required.
