Description
Re-construction and/or new construction of sidewalk, curb & gutter, CG-12 detectible warning surface, concrete entrances, installation of segmental block retaining wall, and brick pavers together with all traffic control, utility relocations and incidental items required to complete the work. All assigned streets under this contract must be completed by October 31, 2022. The City reserves the right to add or remove streets from this contract. The City reserves the right to bid projects out separately from this contract. All quantities listed in the ITB are estimates only. There shall be no guarantee on the amount of work provided under this contract. Q&A due by noon, 9/23/21. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
