2022 Re-Roof Projects, Three Schools, Loudoun Co., VA

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to obtain from interested contractors their applications for prequalification so that the School Board Evaluation Committee may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit bids for the 2022 Re-Roof Projects. The School Board will conduct the prequalification as required by Va. Code §2.2-4317 and per the LCPS Pre-qualification process found at https://www.lcps.org/Page/217442. There are three (3) roofing projects associated with this prequalification application process. Each project will be bid independently. The Projects generally consist of the removal and replacement of existing roof systems at the noted schools as noted below: 1.3.3. Dominion Trail Elementary School = approximately 77,830 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. 1.3.4. Evergreen Mills Elementary School = approximately 77,272 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. 1.3.5. Hillside Elementary School = approximately 77,272 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. Additionally, replacement of the existing metal roof assembly at the Main Entrance is planned within the project scope. Construction is anticipated to begin by June 17, 2022 with final completion no later than August 12, 2022. Bonds required.
