Description
ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for tenant improvements of 840 SF at Pandora #1007, Katy Mills Mall, 500 Katy Mills Circle (Spaced 224) Katy TX 77494 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring (Includes VCT, Tile, Wood), Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Painting, Wall Covering, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back. All proposals should be sent to [email protected]. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project. Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents. Please be sure to include the $15.00 per invoice administration fee in your proposal.
