Renovation of Existing Women's Restroom at Bridge II, Laredo, TX

Contractor will provide all labor, material, equipment & supervision to perform the following: Demolition of restroom to include walls, ceiling flooring & fixtures, install cement board on walls, install sheetrock on ceiling, install light fixture & electric hand dryer, install tile on walls & floor, install toilet partitions (stainless steel), install 2 lavatories & 2 toilets, install 2 lavatory mirrors, install standard straight grad bars 36" & 42" for ADA restrooms, install sanitary napkin & tampon dispenser, install paper toilet dispensers, install mechanical hands free towel dispenser, install recessed mounted waste receptacle, install electronic touchless soap dispenser & dispose of trash. The City of Laredo has established a 5% local vendor preference.
