Description
Bidder is to grade/asphalt the proposed area - 60,000 square foot parking lot. Including proper culverts, etc. for proper drainage/ water runoff in accordance with Malheur County planning/zoning and building codes. Provide and install and/or remove road mix/pit run as needed. Provide and install asphalt in already graveled parking lot. Work must be completed by November 30, 2021. All bids will be required to be submitted in OregonBuys by September 21, 2021 @ 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Do not send any bids to SRCI as this may disqualify the bid.
