Description
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, storage
container(s)/trailer(s), transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, personnel and any other
items necessary to provide Mattress and Pillow Pickup and Recycling Services for the
Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero (DSH) on an as-needed basis, as describe herein.
Recycling services shall include, but not be limited to mattresses, foam mattresses, foam
mattress toppers, pillows, couch cushions, mats and other similar recyclable items. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is through 10/31/24. DBE incentives. Questions due 09/17/2021
