Description
In summary, the scope of work shall consist of mobilization of the contractor’s workforce and equipment, construction site preparation, installation of erosion and sediment controls, removal and disposal of onsite waste, excavation and regrading of material along the base of an exposed high-wall, removal of three sediment basins, revegetation and clean up and repair of damage to the project site. The DMM Permit #90494AA Barnette Energy, LLC Bond Forfeiture Project is located off of State Route 83, east of the Town of Clinchco, along State Route 664, near the Tenso community, in Dickenson County, Virginia. SBE documentation required.
