Design-Build: Grantsville Splash Pad, Grantsville, UT

Grantsville City Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide Professional Design-Build services and new construction as outlined within the Request for Proposal for the Splash Pad and Improvements at the Hollywood Park Municipal Splash Pad Project. The intent of this RFP is for a collaborative design build. The customized splash pad should have an approximately 70 ft. in diameter circular-shaped footprint, covering approximately 3,800 square feet. The successful CONSULTANT/contractor shall provide a community splash pad including all associated mechanical systems. The splash pad shall be designed to accommodate all ages – from toddlers to teenagers. Splash pad proposals that have high play value while incorporating safety and low maintenance will be given preference. DBE participation is worth 5 points.
