Description
This Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: The construction of a new Leachate Pre-Treatment Plant at the Roseburg Landfill, including the supply and install of equipment and a building. All Bids
MUST incorporate payment of labor at Prevailing Wage Rates. The Work covered by this Project shall begin as early as November 2021 and be completed within one year of the start date. Standard Bonds are needed.
