Description
The Owner seeks to retain the services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the New Biology Building at Old Dominion University, to provide pre-construction services with the intent of negotiating a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk) services when construction drawings are complete. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a short-list of qualified CM's to receive the RFP. The Owner intends to issue the RFP to the short-listed CM's only. Anticipated start date: 4/24, anticipated duration: 26 months. Q&A due by 9/7/21. Bonds required.
