Description
The Contractor shall complete the required work of, Clearing and Grubbing, Plant-bed Preparation, Erosion Control, Vegetation Removal, Pre-emergent Herbicidal Treatment, Topsoil, Sign Structure, as shown in the contract/plans and as directed by the Engineer and within any seasonal limitations. No bonds required.
