Description
Kent County, Maryland is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to re-construct the Betterton Beach Stairway at Betterton Beach, 10 Main St, Betterton, MD 21610. The
proposed work will involve the demolition of the existing structure and re-construction the stairs in the same footprint. Plans and specifications for the stair re-construction have been prepared and are attached as part of the bid documents. The re-construction may require some minor site work, consisting of site grading, that is not shown on the plans but shall be considered a part of the required work. Any minor site work necessary shall be included in the bid price for the project. Q&A due by noon, 10/5/21. Bonds required.
