Description
The City of Morgan Hill is seeking licensed and qualified contractors to complete its flooring replacement project at the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center and the Centennial Recreation Center (CRC) Senior Center. The Community and Cultural Center is located at 17000 Monterey Road, Morgan Hill and the CRC Senior Center is located at 171 W. Edmundson Avenue, Morgan Hill. The scope of work is as follows: Replacement of vinyl dance floor and hallway carpet at the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center (CCC). Replacement of carpet at the Senior center located within the Centennial Recreation Center. The planned schedule for commencement and completion of the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center flooring is from Dec. 27th through Dec. 31st. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
