Description
The nature of the work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required for the expansion of the Buckeye Senior Center Kitchen and remodeling of the existing kitchen at the east and south sides of the building. This project will add approximately 1,500 square feet onto the building and remodel 560 square feet. The scope includes, but is not limited to, HVAC, flooring, electrical, gas connection and plumbing. ADA accessibility and other furniture, fixtures, equipment, special provisions and all associated solicitation amendments are included in the scope of work. Duration of Project: Five months from Notice to Proceed Deadline for questions is October 4, 2021 by 5:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
