Synthetic Turf Replacement, Paul Meyer, Desert Breeze & Shadow Rock Parks, Las Vegas, NV

The County of Clark solicits bids for a synthetic turf replacement project for three parks located in Las Vegas. Paul Meyers Park: The Work consists of removal and proper disposal of approximately 45,000 +/- square feet of existing synthetic turf and replacing it with new synthetic turf system. Desert Breeze Park: The Work consists removal and proper disposal of approximately 160,350 +/- square feet of existing synthetic turf and replacing it with new synthetic turf system. Shadow Rock Park: The Work consists removal and proper disposal of approximately 88,000 +/- square feet of existing synthetic turf and replacing it with new synthetic turf system. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Work includes, demolition and disposal of existing infilled synthetic turf and in fill, import and placement of permeable aggregate materials, finish grading, selective demolition and replacement of concrete mow curb, turf edge anchor, installation of infilled synthetic turf including lines and markings and any incidental measures or materials required to accomplish this work. Site Cleaning; Concrete Reinforcing; Cast in Place Concrete; Earthwork, Synthetic Turf; and Permeable Crushed Aggregate Base as specified. Questions are due by 10:00 AM on Sept 20th.
