Description
The Work consists of cleaning services at the Town Hall/Sheriff's Office, Community Center, Library, and Street Yard Office. The Town is issuing this RFP to secure a qualified Contractor to perform the Work as more particularly described in the Scope of Work. Floor-plans for the locations are attached as Attachment A; the Town requires approximately 58,000 sq. feet to be addressed in the scope. All supplies will be provided by the Town. Deadline for questions is September 30, 2021 by 5:00pm.
