Description
Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy, the services
described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all
taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Portable Chemical Toilet and Sink Services, as needed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 9/30/24. Questions due 9/18/21.
