Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to cover the requirements of the State of California, Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for Asphalt Concrete Plant Mix, Delivered. The contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will be non-mandatory for Caltrans. The term of any contract resulting from this solicitation will be for three (3) years. The contract(s) will contain two (2) extension options for one (1) year or portion thereof. If a mutual agreement for a contract extension cannot be met, the contract may be terminated at the end of the current contract term and/or contract extension. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives.
