Description
Seeking contractor for repair and maintenance of parking lots at COTA owned facilities. The contractor awarded the purchase order will provide the service beginning October 1, 2021 and expiring September 30, 2022 with an option to extend the agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Contractor is to perform services consisting of, but not limited to, preventative maintenance and repairs to meet all manufacturers recommended specifications and shall include time and materials for sealing asphalt, crack filling, asphalt patching, striping, parking lot sealing, minor concrete repairs, and small concrete pours.
