Description
The City of Newton is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the Sidewalk Snow Plowing - Routes 1 and 6. The contract term shall extend from the date of contract execution through June 30, 2022. In addition, the City, at its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at the prices stated for those additional terms in a Contractor’s bid. In order to exercise its options, the City will notify the Contractor(s), in writing, no later than the July 1st preceding the commencement of an additional term. Deadline for questions is September 17, 2021 by 12:00pm.
