New Construction: The City of McKinney is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk firm (the “CMAR”) to perform typical and complete Construction Management services in conjunction with design and construction of the McKinney Fire Department Headquarters. Questions are due by 02:00 PM and must be submitted electronically via the Questions tab on the City's eBid system. Bonds will be required upon execution of an Agreement. Prevailing wages apply.
