Total Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS Code: 221310 - Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. This project is to design a site back-up generator system for the Pacific Southwest Research Station, Institute of Forest Genetics, located in Placerville, CA. This is an administrative site with mostly historical buildings. Work involves repairing the site irrigation/fire water system that spans the 4 acre site so that it is functional and code compliant. Some of the water system piping are 4” in diameter. There are two known major leaks to be repaired. A pressure regulator on the site main water line entry is to be installed to regulate the water pressure of the system. Period of performance 09/27/2021 to 01/31/2022. Bonds, insurance & prevailing min wages apply.
