Description
The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation is inviting bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment together with all work incidental thereto necessary or required for Riverside Park 102nd Street Staircase Reconstruction in the Borough of Manhattan. The work consists of , but not limited to, the removal of existing bluestone pavers and treads, remove and reset Ashlar masonry, removal of existing concrete slab and beams. Reconstruction will consist of new reinforced concrete slabs, new waterproofing, new concrete topping slab, new parapet wall guard rail, new center handrail to meet ADA requirement and new bluestone steps with granite treads. Time of completion of the whole work is 365 consecutive calendar days. DBE goal is 13%. Bonds
