Description
The Rowlett Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance Shop Project includes but does not limit to the demolition of existing DAF tanks, raised floor modifications, and piping in the Maintenance Hop; construction of the site work including driveway and sidewalks; new finished floor with structural fill; structural modifications to existing building; concrete masonry unit walled air compressor room; relocation and installation of owner furnished air compressor; man doors and motor operated overhead door; welding curtain system; HVAC; utility plumbing with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; chlorine contact basin rehabilitation including recoating of basin walls and floor; effluent lift station piping recoating; and all miscellaneous items specified or shown in the contract documents, including adjustments and work necessary for a complete working system as described and shown on the drawings and specifications.
Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Sept 23rd. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
