Description
The County of Orange, through the County Executive Office/County Procurement Office solicits proposals from qualified firms to
provide General Maintenance Services. Contractor shall perform all the work including supervision, administration services, supplies,
tools, routine equipment, permits, work drawings, transportation, coordination of all subcontractors, tests, inspections, and other services that are necessary and/or appropriate for the finishing, equipping and functioning of the facilities and structures, together with all additional, collateral and incidental work and services required for completion of the work. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Sept 17th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
