Description
This Contract is for landscape and irrigation maintenance at the Joplin Youth Center, 19480 Rose Canyon Road, Trabuco Canyon. Contractor shall, throughout the duration of the Contract, provide
all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform landscape services in a professional, systematic and thorough manner for the listed
facilities. These services shall include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, watering, weed control, aeration, fertilization, shrub care, turf care, irrigation maintenance, tree maintenance and general maintenance. All associated parking lots and walkways shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and orderly manner. These specifications indicate the minimum level of service and frequency deemed acceptable. It is intended that Contractor will schedule its operations to meet or exceed these requirements. Contract duration is 5 years. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
