Description
This work consists of full road reconstruction including concrete curb replacement, full removal of existing asphalt and sub base, placing new subbase, binder and top coarse asphalt, new catch basins and storm sewers, a dry well, and road drainage. The Work will be substantially complete and operational within 120 calendar days after the date the Contract Time commences to run and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after Substantial Completion.
